The 2025 RV Aftermarket Conference, now underway in San Antonio, Texas, marked a highlight on Wednesday, Aug. 13, as industry professionals gathered to honor standout performers in the RV parts and accessories sector during the annual RV Aftermarket Awards.
The awards, a key fixture of the conference, recognize excellence among suppliers, distributors, representative groups, products, and individuals contributing to the growth of the aftermarket segment.
The evening also featured the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Susan Carpenter.
According to an article published by a News and Insights report of RVIA on August 14, the program was co-hosted by Stromberg Carlson President Bob Brammer and BAL RV Products Aftermarket Sales Manager John Hawkins.
The 2025 Distributor of the Year award went to Atlas Trailer Coach Products. The honor, voted on by all Supplier members, recognizes distributors who demonstrate exceptional performance, service, and support for aftermarket partners.
Atlas Trailer Coach Products emerged as the winner over fellow finalists Meyer Distributing and NTP-STAG.
The 2025 RV Aftermarket Supplier of the Year award was also presented to AP Products. The award, voted on by all distributor members, is based on factors including customer service, staff expertise, order fulfillment, and the ability to successfully launch new products.
AP Products was selected over finalists Genesis Products and Thetford.
The 2025 Rep Group of the Year award was given to Derema Group. Voted on by aftermarket distributors, the honor recognizes the most outstanding representative group in the aftermarket segment.
Selection criteria include work ethic, customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to provide training and support. Derema Group was chosen over finalists Dealer Resources Group and Tom Manning and Associates.
The 2025 Product of the Year award also went to Hughes Autoformers for its Generation 2 Power Watchdog + EPO & WiFi Surge Protector. The award recognizes new products introduced to the market since the last conference, with more than 15 entries considered this year.
A panel of dealers and distributors evaluated submissions based on innovation, value, and usability.
The 2025 Chairman’s Award was conferred on Mike Thompson’s RV. This special recognition is selected and awarded by the Aftermarket Committee Chair, John Tinghitella, to acknowledge exceptional contributions to the industry.
