As campground and RV park operators gear up for a busy summer, RoverPass is expanding its toolkit to help businesses streamline operations and boost revenue during the busiest months of the year.
The reservation software provider has announced a series of new features for 2025, aimed at improving workflows, enhancing guest communication, and supporting long-term growth.
So far this year, RoverPass has released several tools designed to help park owners fill more sites and maintain smooth operations as bookings surge. New offerings include Promo Codes, which give operators a flexible way to offer discounts and encourage repeat visits.
The company has also introduced Mass SMS, allowing park owners to send real-time text updates to guests, whether they are on-site or planning their arrival. This tool is designed to keep communication clear and immediate, especially when urgent information must reach campers quickly.
Another addition is a dedicated Ticketing Platform, which lets campgrounds manage event ticket sales, schedule time-based bookings, and track attendance all within their existing reservation system. This aims to create new revenue streams while reducing manual work.
To address safety and legal requirements, RoverPass now offers AutoWaivers, a fully integrated feature that automates the collection and tracking of digital waivers before guests arrive. This helps operators reduce paperwork and ensure compliance.
RoverPass has also launched a Custom Integration Hub. Through this hub, campground owners can request specific automations or connections to third-party tools, such as accounting software or local membership databases, tailored to their unique needs.
For businesses seeking even more connectivity, new Zapier-enabled integrations are now available. These include links with AI services like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as popular CRM and team management tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
“What we’re building at RoverPass isn’t just software, it’s a smarter way to run your campground,” said Ravi Parikh, executive president.
“These new tools are about giving owners more control, more visibility, and less busywork, especially during the high season when every hour and every booking counts,” Parikh added.
In addition to its current releases, RoverPass is developing AI-powered features that will introduce virtual agents for guest support, voice-driven reservation capabilities, and predictive reporting tools. These upcoming products are aimed at helping operators make quicker, data-driven decisions.
“We’ve always believed that campground owners deserve world-class tools built specifically for this industry,” said Michelle Smith, CEO of RoverPass. “This year, we’ve delivered on that promise — and we’re just getting started. We’re building solutions for both today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.”
