RoverPass announced that it will attend the 2025 Campground Owners Expo in Branson, Missouri, scheduled for December 3 to 6 at the Hilton Branson Convention Center.
The company plans to use the event to connect directly with owners, operators, and industry partners in the outdoor hospitality sector.
The announcement follows a week of activity at the Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo, where CEO and Founder Ravi Parikh led a Fireside Chat on integrating artificial intelligence into day-to-day campground operations.
The company described COE as a key opportunity to learn from park operators and gather insight into operational needs. RoverPass regularly attends industry events to stay closely aligned with the evolving requirements of private park owners.
According to a press release, Parikh emphasized the company’s customer-driven approach ahead of the expo.
“Campground owners are at the center of everything we build. COE gives us the chance to listen, to understand real challenges, and to create features that come directly from those conversations,” he said.
He added that innovation within campground management technology is most effective when it originates from customer feedback.
“Innovation works best when it starts with customer needs, and we are excited to keep shaping the future of campground management together,” Parikh said.
RoverPass plans to focus heavily on custom-built features informed by operator input, continuing its strategy of aligning product development with campground owner priorities. The team will encourage attendees to share questions, operational concerns, and feature requests during the show.
Visitors will be able to find RoverPass at Booth 5 throughout the event. Representatives will provide live demonstrations of the RoverPass Reservation Software and highlight the latest updates to the platform.
The team will also meet with current customers during the expo and speak with park owners seeking tools that streamline daily workflows, simplify reservations, and support long-term business planning.
