RoverPass Showcases AI Front Desk Agent at The Glamping Show Americas 2025

The Glamping Show Americas 2025 brought together professionals, innovators, and entrepreneurs from across the outdoor hospitality sector for three days of networking, product showcases, and discussion about the industry’s future.

Among the exhibitors was RoverPass, which highlighted new technologies aimed at improving campground and glamping management operations.

This year’s event, held over three days, saw an increase in attendance compared to previous years, drawing both U.S.-based and international participants.

Many attendees visited RoverPass at Booth #124, where the company introduced its AI Front Desk Agent, a new addition to its suite of management tools.

The product is designed to help glamping and campground operators streamline operations, respond to guest inquiries, and automate routine administrative tasks.

Visitors had the opportunity to test the AI Front Desk Agent firsthand, exploring how the system could fit into their own businesses.

According to the company, the engagement reflected a growing readiness within the glamping sector to adopt digital tools that can reduce workload and improve guest service.

In addition to the product launch, RoverPass hosted a raffle for attendees. The winning property, Roomstead in Tennessee, received an Anker Power Bank with an integrated LED lantern.

The company described the giveaway as a way to thank participants who stopped by to share feedback and ideas.

“As RoverPass continues to grow, it is inspiring to see how quickly the outdoor hospitality industry is evolving,” said Ravi Parikh, CEO of RoverPass.

“Events like The Glamping Show Americas remind us that innovation begins with listening. Every conversation with a property owner helps us understand what tools will make the biggest impact, and that feedback directly influences how we shape the future of our platform.”

For business owners in the outdoor hospitality industry, the event underscored a broader trend toward the integration of AI and technology into park and glamping operations.

As guests increasingly expect seamless communication and efficient service, operators are turning to platforms like RoverPass to optimize processes and maintain competitiveness.

RoverPass reported strong engagement at the show and plans to build on that momentum at the upcoming Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE) in Louisville, Kentucky.

The company said it will continue developing technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of campground and glamping operators.
