RoverPass, a provider of campground management software, announced the launch of a new Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment feature tailored for long-term campers. This initiative allows campground owners and RV park managers to process direct payments, eliminating the need for credit card transactions. The feature aims to simplify payment procedures, reduce costs, and improve the efficiency of campground operations.
According to a press release, the introduction of ACH payments is expected to benefit campground operators and their guests significantly. Campground owners can lower transaction fees by facilitating direct bank transfers than traditional credit card payments. This improvement will also allow quicker access to funds, enhancing cash flow for businesses that rely on timely payments.
Michelle Smith, CEO of RoverPass, commented on the launch, stating, “We’re excited to introduce ACH payments as part of our continued efforts to simplify campground management.” She highlighted that the new feature offers an affordable and secure payment solution, enabling campground owners to focus on delivering quality guest experiences rather than managing payment complexities.
Transactions using the new ACH payment feature are typically processed within four business days, providing a timely solution for campground operators. The system also employs bank-level encryption to ensure secure financial transactions, offering reassurance for both campground owners and their guests regarding the safety of their payments.
This new payment option is part of a broader suite of features RoverPass offers for managing long-term reservations, including Autopay, Flexible Checkouts, and Recurring Invoices. These tools are designed to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
RoverPass is recognized as a campground management software and online marketplace, providing essential tools for campground and RV park owners to streamline operations and improve guest experiences.
