With summer operations in full swing and the Fourth of July holiday approaching, RoverPass is encouraging campground operators to take advantage of its no-cost Zapier integration to manage peak-season demands.
The automation feature, introduced in late 2024, allows users to connect RoverPass data with more than 7,000 third-party applications.
The integration is designed to help park operators reduce manual work and streamline tasks such as digital waiver distribution, email marketing, and reservation syncing.
RoverPass reports “strong adoption” among its customer base since the tool’s release, with many using it to simplify daily operations during the summer rush.
“We understand the volume of tasks campground operators face during summer, and that’s why we empower you with seamless automation,” said Ravi Parikh, executive president and founder of RoverPass.
“This July, you can effortlessly automate check-in alerts, sync reservations to your CRM and run timely summer marketing campaigns without lifting a finger,” Parikh added.
RoverPass’s Zapier integration enables campground teams to set up custom workflows that automate check-in alerts, email sequences, CRM syncing, and other essential tasks.
Common use cases include sending Slack alerts when guests check in, syncing reservations and payment details to CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and registering new bookings to webinar invites on Zoom or Google Meet. These automated processes are intended to reduce staff workload and improve guest experience during high-traffic periods.
The tool also supports shared calendar syncing with Google Calendar or Outlook, helping teams align on check-ins, events, and maintenance schedules. Operators can further customize their communication with guests by triggering seasonal email campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
According to RoverPass, its customer success team offers complimentary assistance to set up the integration, build Zaps, and train staff. The goal is to ensure operators are ready for high-demand dates such as July 4 without additional support costs.
The integration is part of a broader suite of tools offered by RoverPass to improve operational efficiency. This includes native connections with online travel agencies to increase park visibility and a direct QuickBooks link for streamlined financial management.
RoverPass says that additional integrations will roll out in the second half of 2025. Planned updates include advanced AI tools, enhanced marketing connectors, and expanded accounting solutions to further support campground operations throughout the year.
