RoverPass Earns Spring 2025 Best Performer Badge from SourceForge

RoverPass, a campground reservation and management software provider, has been recognized as a Spring 2025 Best Performer by SourceForge, a software review platform. The distinction was announced this month and highlights the company’s continued growth and consistent user satisfaction across the outdoor hospitality sector.

The Best Performer badge is awarded to software platforms that maintain high customer ratings and active user engagement.

To qualify, products must achieve an average rating of 4.3 stars or higher from verified users.

RoverPass met this benchmark through positive feedback on its feature set, customer support, and ease of use.

“Our team works closely with campground owners to make sure every update, every feature, and every improvement is rooted in their reality,” Ravi Parikh, founder and executive president at RoverPass, said in a press release.

“This badge tells us we are not just building software. We are solving the problems that matter most,” Parikh added.

RoverPass introduced several key tools during the first half of 2025 aimed at improving campground operations and generating new revenue streams.

These features include Promo Codes for flexible site discounts, AutoWaivers for automatic collection of digital waivers, and a Mass SMS tool for real-time guest communication.

Another major addition was the RoverPass Ticketing platform, which supports event ticket sales, merchandise transactions, and interactive venue maps.

Alongside this, the company released the Campground Marketing Playbook, a resource offering strategies and templates to help parks enhance visibility and drive bookings.

Customer support remains one of RoverPass’ most highly rated aspects. The company offers real-time assistance during onboarding and ongoing use, with staff available to guide operators through technical issues and feature implementation.

“Our customers are running businesses where timing and reliability matter,” said Michelle Smith, CEO of RoverPass.

“We are proud to offer real support from real people, and this award reflects the trust our users place in us,” Smith added.

Looking ahead, RoverPass plans to release more integrations and tools throughout the second and third quarters of 2025. These updates aim to connect campground operations, marketing, and guest services through a unified platform.
