To further increase the online visibility of campgrounds and RV parks, RoverPass is now integrated with Booking.com, the company announced in a press release.
With the integration, properties using RoverPass’ reservation software can automatically list with Booking.com and reach millions of new campers looking to book their next travel destination.
New reservations will automatically sync across all RoverPass integrations, including Airbnb, to eliminate double bookings, RoverPass said.
“Campers have a lot more options for online bookings these days, and campgrounds need to find creative means to advertise themselves. Making this integration with Booking.com was a perfect solution to help both campers and our campground owners,” said CEO Ravi Parikh. “We will continue to provide our customers with more opportunities to reach new campers and keep their calendars full.”
Campgrounds are a growing segment for Booking.com, and with their reach and reputation, the number of bookable sites continues to rise, drawing in more campers and giving campgrounds additional reservations.
Booking.com is one of the largest online marketplaces in the travel industry and has seen steady growth annually. As of this release, Booking.com receives over 400 million visitors each month and, in 2021, booked nearly 600 million night stays across its listings.
RoverPass aims to make booking outdoor travel easy and accessible by bringing the online marketplaces together for everyone’s convenience. The new integration with Booking.com is one step closer to that goal. Owners of RV parks and campgrounds using RoverPass can look forward to even greater site visibility in the near future.
Last month, RoverPass announced its Airbnb integration, allowing parks that use RoverPass to list sites on Airbnb for additional bookings automatically. Roverpass also has an integration with Campspot that connects both for a seamless online booking experience.
