Rollick and Aqua Finance announced a new collaboration aimed at integrating Aqua’s financing prequalification process into the RollickEngage digital retail platform, a move designed to simplify and accelerate the purchasing experience for RV, powersports, and boat shoppers across the United States.
The partnership addresses a growing consumer preference for online financing tools. According to Rollick’s Future of Buying Study, 54% of outdoor recreation vehicle shoppers prefer to begin the financing process online.
The integration allows manufacturers and dealers to offer a digital prequalification experience that improves efficiency and boosts close rates.
Rollick reported that customers using the digital prequalification option through RollickEngage are up to 3.1 times more likely to complete a purchase than those who submit a standard lead.
Major OEMs including Winnebago and E-Z-GO have already adopted the integration, using it to extend their existing retail finance programs.
“Aqua is excited to partner with Rollick to enhance the digital rollout of our full spectrum financing solution to the outdoor recreation industry,” Greg Wigent, executive vice president of growth initiatives at Aqua, said in a press release.
“Our collaboration with Rollick provides a seamless prequalification experience that benefits both dealers and consumers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process,” Wigent added.
Aqua’s full spectrum financing model accommodates a wide range of credit profiles, offering flexible solutions to consumers who may not qualify for traditional lending.
Dealers benefit from Aqua’s streamlined process, which reduces manual steps and improves customer satisfaction.
The RollickEngage platform offers a suite of digital retail tools beyond financing, including trade-in valuation, deposit collection, texting capabilities, and eligibility checks for incentives. This flexibility allows OEMs and dealers to customize the customer experience while retaining control over the retail process.
“This collaboration is a tangible example of how we deliver on our mission to help recreation OEMs and dealers find, win, and keep customers,” said Jason Nierman, chief revenue officer at Rollick.
“Industry collaborations like this one with Aqua are key to our success. We provide the most comprehensive digital retailing solution on the market,” Nierman added.
