RMS has entered a new strategic partnership with SiteMinder to integrate its property management system with the SiteMinder Smart Platform, marking a step toward greater automation and connectivity for hotels and other accommodation providers.
The announcement was made on Sept. 16, where RMS confirmed it is among the first property management system partners to adopt SiteMinder’s newly launched UltraSync connectivity capabilities.
Through this integration, RMS will connect directly with SiteMinder’s Dynamic Revenue Plus solution, allowing hoteliers to synchronize rates, restrictions, and reservations in real time. The partnership aims to deliver more accurate pricing strategies and streamlined operations.
According to RMS, the integration will help automate previously manual processes, reduce administrative workload, and minimize the risk of errors caused by inconsistent data across multiple systems. Operators will be able to manage pricing and availability decisions more efficiently.
The collaboration is positioned as particularly advantageous for independent hotels, groups, and resorts that often work with smaller teams and disparate technologies. By automating rate and reservation processes, properties can respond more quickly to demand shifts while maintaining consistency.
RMS said the system-to-system connection will enable hoteliers to make real-time revenue decisions, ensuring pricing and availability data remain current across all connected platforms. The approach is expected to maximize revenue opportunities while reducing operational complexity.
Adam Seskis, CEO at RMS, said: “Our collaboration with SiteMinder reflects RMS’s commitment to driving innovation in the hospitality space. This partnership allows our customers to make faster, smarter pricing decisions that drive revenue and reduce operational complexity. We’re proud to be among the first PMS partners to bring this capability to market.”
The companies highlighted four primary benefits of the integration: real-time synchronization of pricing and restrictions, automated reservation uploads to reduce manual errors, faster response to changes in demand, and streamlined workflows to minimize system fragmentation.
SiteMinder said the partnership demonstrates a shared focus on supporting hotels with solutions that match the pace of evolving markets. Its Smart Platform is designed to centralize revenue management functions with automation and real-time intelligence.
Leah Rankin, CPO at SiteMinder, said: “By integrating with RMS, we’re empowering hotels to act as dynamically as the markets they serve, guided by a shared vision for smarter, faster decisions at properties of every size.”
RMS currently serves more than 7,000 businesses in 70 countries, providing technology solutions for hotels, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, and outdoor accommodations.
