RMS Integrates with Epos Now to Simplify Hospitality Billing and Enhance Operational Efficiency

RMS announced a new integration with point-of-sale provider Epos Now on November 5 during the World Travel Market in London, connecting front-of-house transactions with its property management system to enhance efficiency and visibility for hospitality operators.

The partnership links real-time billing and POS data across hotels, motels, serviced apartments, and campgrounds, reducing manual data entry and reconciliation errors while consolidating guest spend into a unified platform.

By automating transaction flows between RMS and Epos Now, operators can access a comprehensive view of guest activity, covering accommodation, food and beverage, and other on-site purchases. The integration aims to simplify operations while improving service delivery at every stage of the guest journey.

According to RMS, the system sync enables faster, more accurate check-outs and enhances collaboration across departments, from reception and housekeeping to restaurant and bar teams. The result is a streamlined billing process that supports both guest satisfaction and operational precision.

Epos Now’s cloud-based POS technology plays a central role in this workflow, providing real-time transaction insights that feed directly into RMS’s property management backbone. The result is a system designed to support smarter decision-making and operational agility.
