REV Recreation Group has announced an internal leadership transition as it prepares for the retirement of Recreational Vehicles Segment President Mike Lanciotti later this year.
Lanciotti, who joined Renegade RV in 2008 and has led the RV segment since 2021, will shift from president to executive advisor during the transition period.
Gary Gunter has been promoted to president of the recreational vehicles segment and will assume responsibility for operations, sales, and aftermarket support across all RV brands and business units.
According to a press release, Gunter’s oversight includes well-known brands such as Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, American Coach, Goldshield Fiberglass, Renegade RV, Midwest Automotive Designs, Lance Camper, REV RV Parts, and three service and repair centers.
He joined REV Group in 2011 as Division Controller and most recently served as vice president and general manager for several RV brands and manufacturing operations in Decatur, Indiana.
Lanciotti’s leadership has been credited with transforming Renegade RV into one of the company’s top-performing brands, recognized as a leader in the Super C and broader Class C motorhome categories.
After REV Group acquired Renegade RV in 2016, Lanciotti was appointed Vice President and General Manager of REV Renegade LLC and later advanced to Segment President.

REV’s Recreational Vehicles Segment includes brands that manufacture a range of motorized and towable RVs, molded fiberglass, and lamination products, as well as genuine parts and services.
Its operations span the United States, with facilities in California, Indiana, and other states, supporting a robust distribution network and serving a diverse customer base.
