ResortForward, a reservation and property-management platform, unveiled its new Bulk Updates feature, designed to help campground, RV park, and outdoor resort operators update pricing rules, fees, and stay requirements across their entire property in minutes rather than hours.
The platform aims to reduce manual work, minimize errors, and improve operational efficiency for busy park managers.
The feature also allows users to adjust multiple operational parameters simultaneously, eliminating repetitive manual entries that previously required hours to complete.
According to a press release, operators can now modify rental rates for specific seasons, date ranges, or rental types. This flexibility ensures pricing aligns with demand patterns and seasonal trends.
Additional guest pricing is included in the Bulk Updates workflow. Campground managers can set new fee structures for extra guests across multiple rentals, streamlining revenue management.
Minimum night stays can be adjusted across peak seasons, holidays, and weekends. Check-in and check-out restrictions are now manageable with a single bulk setting.
Closed dates for seasonal closures or unavailable periods can be blocked across all rentals instantly. This capability simplifies scheduling and prevents booking errors during maintenance or off-season periods.
Pet fees are also integrated into the Bulk Updates feature. Operators can update existing fees or introduce new charges for pets across selected or all rentals.
