The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) will host its 62nd Annual Trade Show on December 9 and 10, at Kalahari Pocono in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania.
The two-day event will bring together campground owners, operators, and industry suppliers to explore new products, services, and partnerships ahead of the 2026 camping season.
The annual trade show, a long-standing highlight for PCOA members, serves as a marketplace for vendors to connect directly with over 80 campgrounds across the state.
Exhibitors can showcase innovations and secure new business opportunities with decision-makers in the outdoor hospitality sector.
“PCOA’s annual convention is a highlight of the year for our member campgrounds,” the association stated. “They come ready to stock up and discover what’s new for the next camping season. Become a vendor and see firsthand why our trade show is such a valuable opportunity.”
Due to growing demand, this year’s event will take place in a larger exhibit space, allowing for expanded displays and easier loading access. The move reflects the event’s continued growth and the industry’s strong interest in face-to-face engagement.
The venue, Kalahari Pocono, offers a full-service resort setting with a water park, spa, arcade, and multiple dining options, providing a comfortable environment for both business and networking activities.
PCOA encourages early registration as exhibit space is filling quickly. Vendors who secure a booth will gain access to campground owners seeking products and services to enhance operations and guest experiences.
The association also offers sponsorship opportunities to maximize vendor visibility throughout the event. “We have four sponsorship levels,” PCOA shared. “We will help creatively tailor your sponsorship so you get the biggest return on your investment.”
