The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) is issuing a final reminder to exhibitors that only two booths remain for its 62nd Annual Trade Show, set for December 9-10, at the Kalahari Resort in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania.
The event offers campground operators a chance to explore new products, network with peers, and prepare for the 2026 camping season.
“PCOA’s annual convention is a highlight of the year for our member campgrounds. They come ready to stock up and discover what’s new for the next camping season. Become a vendor and see firsthand why our trade show is such a valuable opportunity,” the associate says in an email.
PCOA’s convention and trade show is a key event for private campgrounds across Pennsylvania, drawing operators from more than 80 member campgrounds statewide.
The 2025 show will be held at the Kalahari Resort, featuring a water park, spa, arcade, and multiple dining options. Organizers moved the event to a larger exhibit space to accommodate increased demand, larger indoor displays, and easier access via the loading dock.
Only two booths remain for vendors, emphasizing the urgency for interested exhibitors to register immediately. Invitations were sent not only to PCOA members but also to all 435 campgrounds in Pennsylvania, with outreach to neighboring states to increase participation.
According to the event’s details, exhibitor set-up is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with no set-up allowed the night before.
The exhibit hall will open at 12:00 noon on Tuesday and run until 6:00 p.m., resuming on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
No educational workshops are scheduled during trade show hours on Wednesday to maximize attendee time on the exhibit floor. “A sincere effort has been made to keep the schedule light so that more time can be devoted to the Trade Show,” the event indicates.
