More Than 80 Campgrounds Expected at PCOA’s 62nd Annual Trade Show

The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) is preparing to host its 62nd Annual Trade Show on December 9–10, at the Kalahari Pocono in Pocono Manor, Pa.

The event is expected to draw campground owners, operators, and industry suppliers for two days of exhibits, networking, and purchasing opportunities ahead of the next camping season.

This year, the trade show will move into a larger exhibit space to accommodate increased demand. Organizers said the expansion will allow for bigger indoor displays and more efficient access through the loading dock, addressing vendor requests for greater flexibility.

More than 80 campgrounds are expected to attend, according to PCOA. “Our member campgrounds are always excited to attend the trade show so they can purchase what they need for the next camping season,” PCOA said in its announcement.

Vendor registration remains open, though space is limited. Organizers noted that booths are filling quickly and encouraged interested companies to reserve their spots soon.

The event will also feature sponsorship opportunities designed to boost visibility for participating businesses.

PCOA offers four levels of sponsorship, with options tailored to maximize a company’s return on investment.

“Don’t forget to consider the Sponsorship Opportunities available for your company. We have four sponsorship levels. We will help creatively tailor your sponsorship so you get the biggest return on your investment,” the association stated.

A roster of industry suppliers and service providers has already signed on as sponsors. Confirmed names include Acrisure, AGS Guest Guides, CampLife, Campground Views, Hospitality Connections, JVES, LFX2 Metalworks, Merchantry Tourism, Newbook, PCOA Educational Foundation, PenTeleData, Skyware Hospitality Solutions, Strait Web Solutions, Utility Supply Group, and Wilcor International.

The choice of Kalahari Pocono provides a resort environment with professional trade show facilities. The venue includes a water park, spa, arcade, and multiple restaurants, offering both exhibitors and attendees a variety of on-site amenities.

With its expanded exhibit hall, sponsorship opportunities, and resort setting, the 62nd Annual PCOA Trade Show is expected to remain a central business event for Pennsylvania’s campground owners and the companies that support them.
