Pebble Unveils Scout AI and Mobile App Designed to Streamline RV Setup and Travel

Pebble introduced Scout, an AI assistant designed for Pebble Flow owners, alongside a new iPhone companion app. The updates expand the company’s software ecosystem for its electric travel trailer and are now available through PebbleLife.com and the App Store.

The launch reflects Pebble’s positioning of the Pebble Flow as a software-defined RV, where onboard computing and cloud-ready systems are treated as core components alongside hardware.

The platform integrates automation and connected controls intended to streamline setup, operation, and travel management.

The Pebble Flow includes automated hitching and remote maneuvering features. The Pebble App functions as a command center for owners, enabling control over systems including setup, positioning, climate, lighting, and water from a mobile device or onboard interface.

Scout is designed to provide real-time, contextual guidance for owners, including explanations of features, step-by-step setup support, troubleshooting assistance, and operational insights.

The assistant also monitors system status and can send proactive maintenance alerts, including an email notification when a Flow’s high-voltage battery drops below 10%. Pebble said additional proactive features and in-app push notifications will be introduced over time.

The assistant is also designed to learn from user interactions. Tips and experiences shared by owners are analyzed by AI systems that identify insights and generate proposals for Pebble’s engineering team.

Validated improvements are then shared back with the broader owner community, creating a feedback loop intended to improve the platform over time.

Scout is currently available through PebbleLife.com and is expected to be integrated directly into the Pebble app in a future update. The Pebble iPhone app allows users to control and monitor the Pebble Flow via a local Bluetooth connection without requiring internet access.

The company said cloud connectivity is in development, which will enable remote monitoring and control from virtually anywhere.

“Our team is constantly working to make the Pebble Flow better by integrating new features that further improve the Pebble Flow experience. With every update, the Flow is more capable, more intuitive, and more enjoyable to use,” said Stefan Solyom, chief technology officer at Pebble.
