Park Software, Wild Energy Launch Integrated Utility Billing Solution for Campgrounds and Marinas

Park Software and Wild Energy announced a new integration, aimed at automating utility billing for campgrounds and marinas. The partnership streamlines electric cost recovery and reduces manual processes, making operations more efficient for property managers.

The integration, now available, marks Wild Energy’s tenth utility integration partnership and enhances Park Software’s offerings by linking its booking platform with real-time utility metering technology.

Based in Sarasota, Florida, Park Software is known for its no-cost, user-friendly campground management system. Features include a drag-and-drop reservation interface and flexible booking tools. The new integration allows operators to handle electric billing within the same system used for managing reservations.

“This integration simplifies electric billing, ensuring park operators can recover costs efficiently while offering a seamless experience for guests,” said Rylan Blowers, CEO and co-founder of Park Software.

Wild Energy, a provider of smart metering systems, enables operators to monitor electric and water usage in real time. The collaboration allows Park Software users to automatically generate accurate utility bills based on actual consumption.

“For parks looking to streamline operations and eliminate flat-rate electric fees, this integration provides a reliable, automated solution,” said Mike Sorensen, president and CEO of Wild Energy. “It helps operators recapture utility expenses and improve efficiency without additional administrative burdens.”

North Shore Marina and Campground is among the first to adopt the integration. According to its leadership, the tool has already produced measurable improvements in operations and billing transparency.

“Park and Wild Energy’s solution has transformed how we manage electric costs, ensuring accurate billing and greater transparency for our guests,” said Zachary King, chief operating officer. “It saves time, eliminates guesswork, and ultimately improves our bottom line.”
