The 2025 Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit (OHIS) will return for its third consecutive year, hosted by Storable Newbook and OHI during OHCE 2025.
The session, scheduled for Wednesday, November 12 from 2:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, will provide campground and RV park operators with practical insights into emerging trends, guest behaviors, and data-driven tools designed to strengthen business performance.
Now established as a key feature of the annual conference, the innovators summit will deliver two structured sessions focused on translating data into actionable strategies.
The first portion will examine findings from the 2025 OHI Industry Outlook Report and other research sources to help attendees understand how shifting travel preferences and economic factors may influence their operations.
Participants will also explore the growing role of artificial intelligence in simplifying daily management tasks. From interpreting reports to generating seasonal job descriptions, AI-powered tools are expected to play an increasingly important role in operational efficiency and guest engagement.
Interactive benchmarking and polling will allow attendees to compare their practices against industry peers in real time, creating opportunities to identify areas for improvement and collaboration.
The second half of the Summit will feature a panel of RV park and campground leaders who have applied technology and data analytics to forecast demand, optimize resources, and enhance guest satisfaction. Their discussions will provide a firsthand look at how digital innovation translates into tangible business outcomes.
Through live Q&A sessions, participants will also be able to engage directly with speakers, ensuring the discussion remains relevant to the diverse challenges facing operators across different market segments, from seasonal parks to extended-stay destinations.
“Partnering with OHI to bring the Innovators Summit to life each year is something we’re incredibly proud of,” Erin Stevenson, vice president of growth and client experience at Storable Newbook, said in a press release.
“Together, we’re helping operators unlock the power of data to drive smarter decisions and more memorable guest experiences, all while building a stronger, more connected outdoor hospitality community,” Stevenson added.
OHI President and CEO Paul Bambei also emphasized the importance of the event within the broader conference program.
“The Innovators Summit represents the best of what OHCE offers: collaboration, insight, and practical learning that helps businesses thrive. It’s been exciting to watch this partnership with Storable Newbook evolve and continue to deliver real value for our members,” he said.
The 2025 Summit will be led by Blake Burris, Erin Stevenson, and Scott Knepp of Storable Newbook, each bringing expertise in growth strategy, client experience, and digital innovation to the discussion.
