Inland Secures Acquisition of 107-Site RV Park in Salem

Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has expanded its portfolio by acquiring a recreational vehicle (RV) park in Salem, Oregon, according to a press release.

The RV park, known as Phoenix RV Park & Storage, is situated at 4130 Silverton Road NE in Salem. The park is distinguished by its high rating among RV parks in the Northwest, recognized by industry authorities such as Trailer Life and the Good Sam Club.

“I’m thrilled to acquire Inland’s first RV park in Oregon, complete with RV storage opportunities,” Mark Cosenza, senior vice president at Inland Acquisitions, said in a press release.

The park spans approximately 10 acres and features 107 RV sites, along with 45 RV storage spaces and 12 storage pods. It offers a range of on-site amenities designed to cater to the needs and preferences of its residents. These include full hookups, spacious pull-thru and back-in sites, RV supplies, and propane services.

“The park’s ideal location within walking distance to local grocery and service-based retail combined with resort-like amenities provide an exceptional experience for residents. Based in the heart of RV country, and located in the third largest city in Oregon, the property’s excellent reputation, beautiful grounds, central location, and limited competing alternatives make this the type of acquisition we continue to seek,” Cosenza said.

The deal was spearheaded by Cosenza, with David Neboyskey, VP and associate counsel of The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC, Law Department, providing essential legal support. At the time of acquisition, the park reported an occupancy rate of 92 percent.

Additional facilities enhancing the park’s appeal include a clubhouse with a full kitchen, a fitness center, a playground, picnic areas, a dog park, and laundry facilities.

Inland Acquisitions’ strategic focus on diversifying its investment portfolio is shown in its history of facilitating over $55 billion in purchases across various asset types.
