AEONrv, a Reno, Nevada-based manufacturer specializing in off-grid, all-season recreational vehicles, will debut its 2025 model at Overland Expo Pacific Northwest, scheduled for June 27–29, in Redmond, Oregon.
The unveiling marks the first public showing of the company’s latest model, which builds upon its existing high-tech platform with upgraded systems and new features designed for rugged travel and remote living.
The new model will be displayed at Booth G500, allowing attendees to see the vehicle firsthand and meet members of the AEONrv team.
“This is the first time anyone outside our factory will get to experience the 2025 AEONrv up close,” Jim Ritchie, CEO of AEONrv, said in a press release.
“It’s engineered for adventure and built for those who go beyond—with smarter power systems, refined interior options, and more capability than ever,” Ritchie added.
Built on the 2025 Ford Transit SRW 350 AWD cutaway chassis, the vehicle features a 9,950 GVWR and includes Ford’s latest advanced safety systems.
Priced at $224,500 plus options, the 2025 model introduces enhancements targeting performance, comfort, and customization for serious overland travelers.
Key updates include new 4 x 200W 24V rigid solar panels, a 3,000W charging inverter for improved alternator input, and upgraded BF Goodrich KO3 all-terrain tires.
Interior changes range from new cabinet colors to integrated LED lighting and enhanced window shade functionality.
Additional refinements include a redesigned skylight, updated medicine cabinet doors, and improved control switch ergonomics.
The sliding door between the cab and house now features a handle for easier access, while black exterior trim and optional vinyl wraps provide a more rugged visual appeal.
Among the new optional features are a Ford Raptor grille, Lumi Max projector TV, and an advanced fast idle charging system.
The launch coincides with AEONrv’s recent recognition as Nevada’s 2025 Manufacturing Company of the Year by the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology. The award reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and advanced manufacturing within the outdoor recreation industry.
AEONrv aims to deliver more than 100 vehicles this year.
