With an engaging approach, Germaine invited participants to start his session by donning clown noses, setting a lighthearted and interactive tone. This address complemented other expert-led sessions, offering actionable strategies for attendees to apply in their own operations.

Community-centered gatherings further defined this year’s OHCE experience. The OHI Young Professionals held their annual meeting, reinforcing their growing involvement in the industry.
