OHI has closed free registration for the 2025 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE), following Monday’s October 27 deadline for its Hosted Buyer Program.
Through a post on its LinkedIn page, OHI reminded members to take advantage of the final opportunity to apply for complimentary registration, valued at $599, before the cutoff.
Scheduled for November 10-12 in Louisville, Kentucky, OHCE will gather campground and RV park owners, glamping operators, and industry suppliers for three days of education, networking, and business development.
The Hosted Buyer Program provides qualifying OHI member decision-makers with complimentary registration in exchange for attending a minimum of six pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors. The initiative is designed to help participants form direct business relationships with suppliers on the expo floor.”
Eligibility is limited to active OHI members with purchasing authority within their organization. Each organization may designate one hosted buyer and may bring one additional paid attendee to participate in scheduled appointments.
Once accepted into the program, participants are matched with exhibitors that align with their business needs. Instructions for scheduling meetings were distributed in October, with appointments set for Tuesday, November 11, during early hours to avoid overlap with conference programming.
Hosted buyers also do not pay upfront fees. “Your $599 registration fee is fully covered as long as you complete the minimum required meetings,” OHI explained. “If program requirements aren’t met, the registration fee will be charged.”
The program aims to streamline networking and foster productive partnerships for campground and park operators seeking products, services, and technology to enhance their operations..
In addition to the Hosted Buyer Program, OHCE 2025 will feature educational sessions, keynote speakers, and an exhibit hall highlighting the latest innovations in outdoor hospitality.
