The Ohio Campground Owners Association (OCOA) is offering sponsorship opportunities for its 2025 Fall Conference and Campground Tour, scheduled for October 28-29 at Hocking Hills State Park Lodge in Logan, Ohio.
The annual gathering is expected to draw 80 to 100 campground owners from across the state.
The fall conference does not include vendors or a trade show, but OCOA is inviting companies to sponsor the event for direct visibility with campground operators.
Sponsorship levels begin at $250 and extend to $750, each offering different benefits for participants seeking to reach decision-makers in the outdoor hospitality industry.
The Bronze Sponsorship, priced at $250, provides name recognition on registration signage. The Silver Sponsorship, at $500, adds logo placement alongside the name recognition. The Gold Sponsorship, valued at $750, offers the most visibility, including logo placement and the ability to distribute a one-page advertising sheet in attendee registration packets.
Each year, the conference rotates locations within Ohio, providing participants exposure to a range of campground settings and management strategies.
“This conference offers attendees a tour and inside look at various campgrounds. Attendees board a bus and tour campgrounds to gather information and ideas and ask questions of the owners,” the conference notes.
OCOA also provides educational opportunities for campground owners and operators through its annual spring and fall conferences. The OCOA Spring Conference & Trade Show is held each year on the first weekend in March in Columbus. The event features a series of educational seminars covering a wide range of industry topics, along with networking sessions that allow participants to connect with peers and industry leaders.
In addition, the trade show hosts more than 35 exhibitors, giving attendees access to the latest products, services, and innovations in the outdoor hospitality sector.
The next OCOA Spring Conference & Trade Show will take place March 6-7, 2026, at the Embassy Suites Columbus Airport. The conference will once again provide campground owners and staff with expert-led sessions, regulatory updates, and direct access to vendors offering solutions to support their businesses.
Details on the full itinerary, lodging options, and registration will be released in fall 2025.
