OHI Releases OHCE 2026 Agenda Featuring Educational Sessions, Expanded Expo Schedule

OHI has released the agenda for the Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) 2026, outlining a program of more than 40 educational sessions, expanded expo hours and networking events for campground owners, operators, suppliers and industry professionals.

The conference is scheduled for Nov. 9-11 in Fort Worth, Texas, with pre- and post-conference programming running from Nov. 8-12.

According to OHI, the conference agenda is designed to provide attendees with practical education tailored to different roles, experience levels, park sizes and business objectives.

The educational program focuses on topics affecting the outdoor hospitality sector, including artificial intelligence, revenue growth, finance, leadership, marketing, guest experience and operational management.

The agenda includes sessions on AI search optimization, campground profitability, social media strategy, leadership development and operational technology.

Featured presentations include “Search Everywhere: Winning Visibility in the AI Era,” “AI That Works: Practical Tools to Save Time and Elevate the Guest Experience,” “Know Your Numbers: 3 Key Performance Indicators That Drive Campground Profitability,” and “Ground Monitor Interrupters (GMI): What Every Campground Needs to Know About the New RV Electrical Code.”

Other workshops will address pricing strategies, advanced AI search optimization and team development.

“We built this year’s education lineup to help campground owners and operators solve real business challenges,” Renata Winters, OHI’s director of projects and member programs, said.

“Every session is designed to deliver practical ideas attendees can apply immediately. Whether it’s increasing profitability, leading stronger teams, embracing AI, or improving the guest experience, the focus is on strategies that make a real difference,” Winters added.

In addition to educational programming, the conference schedule includes industry recognition and networking events.

OHI said highlights include the Awards of Excellence Luncheon, which recognizes innovation and achievement across parks of various sizes, and the Diamonds & Denim Welcome Reception, marking the association’s 60th anniversary with networking, entertainment and themed activities. The agenda also features a Trends & Insights Panel examining issues affecting the future of the outdoor hospitality industry.

OHI said this year’s expo will offer more exhibit hours than previous editions, providing additional opportunities for attendees to meet suppliers, explore products and services, and participate in Hosted Buyer Meetings. Breakfasts, lunches, receptions and networking events are also scheduled throughout the conference.

The event will conclude with the Neon Rodeo closing reception, featuring dinner, live music, line dancing, a mechanical bull, roping activities and a Texas Longhorn display.

A post-conference OHCE Take Away Tour will be offered Nov. 12 for an additional fee. The tour includes visits to Camp Quitcherbichin in Runaway Bay and The Vineyards Campground & Cabins in Grapevine, where attendees will hear from park owners and staff about their operations. Transportation, lunch and an optional airport shuttle are included.
