The Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE 2025) has officially brought back its Hosted Buyer Program, a feature designed to connect RV park and campground decision-makers with leading suppliers through scheduled one-on-one meetings.
The program, which launched with this year’s event, is part of OHI’s efforts to expand business opportunities for members of the outdoor hospitality industry.
The Hosted Buyer Program offers buyers free registration to OHCE, valued at $599, as well as VIP Expo Hall access and curated networking opportunities.
In return, participants commit to at least six pre-scheduled meetings with exhibitors aligned to their business needs.
While the expo floor remains open to all attendees, the Hosted Buyer Program provides exclusive opportunities for buyers to meet with suppliers in a dedicated format.
The structured appointments are designed to help participants identify solutions and test potential supplier relationships in a face-to-face setting.
Exhibitors participating in the program also benefit from direct access to campground and RV park owners.
Beyond booth placement, they receive a complimentary Full Registration – Hosted Buyer pass and a schedule of meetings with qualified decision-makers.
Unlike buyers, exhibitors face no limit on the number of appointments they can hold, maximizing exposure and return on investment.
Scheduled meetings take place Tuesday, November 11, during dedicated morning hours. This arrangement ensures that both buyers and exhibitors can fully engage in OHCE 2025’s broader agenda of breakout sessions, networking events, and industry celebrations.
“OHCE has always been about creating opportunities, and the Hosted Buyer Program is one of the best ways we bring people together,” said David Basler, chief strategy officer at OHI.
“It’s a win-win. Campground owners and operators discover solutions tailored to their needs, and exhibitors get face time with decision-makers ready to take action,” Basler added.
Participation in the Hosted Buyer Program is limited, and both buyers and exhibitors must be active OHI members. Each RV park or campground organization is eligible for one Hosted Buyer registration, with the option to bring one additional paid attendee to join scheduled meetings.
