OHCE 2025 Wraps with Strong Momentum; 2026 Event Scheduled for Fort Worth in November

Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) 2025 delivered a high-energy week of education, networking, and business development, with attendees and suppliers reporting strong engagement and measurable returns throughout the event.

The gathering opened with the Meet, Greet, and GO! Social, where early arrivals exchanged swag, collected badges, and formed new industry connections. A half-day ownership fundamentals workshop provided prospective operators with introductory guidance to begin the week.

Paul Bambei, OHI’s president and CEO, said the event reflected extensive work from the organization’s staff and meaningful participation from the community. “Every year, I’m proud of what Team OHI accomplishes, but that week in Louisville was something special,” Bambei said.

He added that the team “poured their hearts into creating an experience that truly brought the outdoor hospitality community together,” expressing appreciation for attendees who helped make OHCE 2025 “one of our strongest events yet.”

Educational sessions throughout the week covered practical operations, emerging trends, advocacy topics, and growth strategies. The information shared during these sessions was designed for immediate application at campgrounds, RV parks, and glamping businesses.

Evening gatherings also offered a more social dimension to the program, featuring live music and themed receptions. These events provided operators and suppliers with additional opportunities to connect outside the classroom environment.

For many attendees, structured and informal networking opportunities delivered significant value.

Logan Scaife of Elk Creek Campground said, “The most valuable part of my OHCE 2025 experience was the networking. Being able to put faces to names, connect with other operators, and build real relationships made the entire event worthwhile.”

Dean Garritson of Green River Log Homes said OHCE 2025 produced record results for their team. “OHCE 2025 was, without question, the best show we’ve ever had,” he said. Garritson noted that onsite meetings led to “more than $18 million in new business,” emphasizing that the relationships formed at the event would support long-term growth.

He added that suppliers in the outdoor hospitality industry “simply can’t afford to miss OHCE” because it is “where the real conversations, real deals, and real opportunities happen.”
