A new RV resort is set to debut in Yadkinville, North Carolina, with the opening of Yadkin Valley RV Resort scheduled for July 1. The resort, which is currently under construction, is now accepting pre-bookings.
Located at 6500 Service Road in Yadkin County, the resort will feature 80 full hook-up RV sites, including both pull-through and back-in options.
The property is being developed as a family-led project by Jon and Donna Wright and three other local families.
“We’re thrilled to bring this new park to life and be part of this amazing community,” said Jon Wright, one of the resort’s founders. “We’ve had so many folks express their excitement about having a new RV resort so conveniently located.”
The resort will also be managed by Unhitched Management and is situated just off the U.S. Highway 421, approximately 25 minutes west of Winston-Salem.
Its proximity to I-77, the Yadkin Family YMCA, and Yadkin County Park is expected to attract travelers seeking both convenience and outdoor recreation.
According to a press release, amenities planned for the site include a pool, splash pad, jump pad, dog park, playground, pickleball court, and pavilion.
Additional features include a fire pit, cornhole, table tennis, a grand lawn, and a bathhouse with laundry facilities.
Cabins and aquatic amenities are also slated to open later in the summer of 2025.
The development is positioned to serve visitors exploring the region’s vineyards, cultural attractions, and hiking opportunities. The nearby town of Yadkinville also offers shopping, dining, and entertainment options for guests.
