The Carolinas Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (CARVC) has scheduled its annual Fall Crawl Tour for Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
The event invites campground operators, managers, and industry suppliers to participate in a guided tour of four campgrounds across South Carolina and Georgia.
According to CARVC Executive Director Dee Witting, the tour is designed to foster networking and provide operational insights that participants can bring back to their own properties.
The 2025 tour will begin at Savannah Lakes RV Resort in Hardeeville, South Carolina, which will serve as the host site.
From there, the group will travel by luxury coach to River’s End Campground & RV Park on Tybee Island, Georgia; Hilton Head National RV Resort in Bluffton, South Carolina; and Point South KOA in Yemassee, South Carolina.
Lunch and snacks will be provided during the day, and the program includes a welcome dinner and reception the evening before, on Monday, September 15.
“We’re visiting four incredible campgrounds in one unforgettable day,” said Witting. The theme for this year’s event is “Explore, Connect, Experience,” emphasizing the opportunity for professional development and peer engagement within the campground industry.
In addition to touring facilities, participants are encouraged to extend their stay. A 30% lodging discount is available for attendees at Savannah Lakes RV Resort.
“We’re hosting a welcome dinner on Monday night (Sept 15) and another gathering after the tour for those staying over,” Witting said, encouraging early reservations by calling 843-628-2006 ext 1 before the August 15 deadline.
The registration fee for the tour is $125 per person, which covers transportation, access to each site, and meals. Industry suppliers are also welcome and may sponsor the event for $250.
