Nomad Internet has launched Nomad RV Free Internet, a no-cost Wi-Fi service designed for RV parks and their guests across the United States.
The service aims to close the connectivity gap in the outdoor hospitality sector by providing park owners with an easy-to-install, fully supported internet solution.
The company, known for delivering internet to rural communities and travelers, is offering the service at no cost to RV park owners or their guests.
“The parks have been waiting for this solution for months. They want to provide seamless internet for their guests without the complexity of individual account setups,” Jaden Garza, Nomad Internet’s chief innovation officer, said in a LinkedIn post.
Nomad is currently rolling out the service to more than 4,000 RV parks, targeting roughly one-third of the national market by the end of summer.
The company expects to expand this footprint even further by year’s end as it works toward making free internet a standard amenity in RV parks nationwide.
“Internet is no longer a luxury — it’s a necessity,” Garza said. “We’re proud to offer a service that finally bridges the gap for millions of Americans who live, travel, or vacation in RVs.”
The system runs on the new Nomad RV Wi-Fi Station, a self-contained wireless unit that connects to Nomad’s private wireless network.
The station requires no pre-existing infrastructure and can be installed by simply plugging it in, making it especially attractive to parks with limited technical resources.
Once activated, each station delivers “secure, consistent” coverage across an entire park. Nomad’s technical operations team remotely monitors the network, which reduces the burden on park staff and eliminates the need for on-site troubleshooting.
Garza noted that many parks have had to choose between investing heavily in new tech or forgoing internet altogether. “Too many parks have had to choose between expensive tech or no internet at all,” he said. “We’re removing that barrier once and for all.”
According to a press release, Nomad Internet, which already serves thousands of RVers nationwide, says the free Wi-Fi initiative is an extension of its mission to support rural and mobile communities with dependable connectivity.
Guests staying at participating parks can identify the service by the “Nomad RV Internet” badge displayed on property. The Wi-Fi is open-access, with no logins or time limits, and is designed to handle streaming, work, and video calls without interruption.
