Storable Newbook has launched a new “Websites and Digital Marketing Services” (DMS) package, an integrated solution designed to help RV park and campground operators secure more direct bookings and improve occupancy.
The services are now available and aim to address challenges operators face as booking behaviors shift.
The launch comes as parks adapt to rising economic pressures and changes in how travelers book their stays.
Newbook said its all-in-one offering provides operators with tools to strengthen guest relationships while reducing reliance on third-party marketplaces.
According to Newbook’s recent study, 36% of campers now book directly on property websites.
For operators, slow or outdated websites can result in lost revenue opportunities. The new platform pairs modern, mobile-optimized websites with marketing campaigns designed to increase visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
“Our strategy is designed to help operators succeed on multiple fronts: combining a strong owned website strategy to drive more direct bookings with Newbook, alongside leveraging existing open online travel agencies to maximize visibility,” Simon Smith, general manager of Storable RV & Camping, said in a press release.
“This dual approach empowers operators to capture new demand, build stronger guest relationships, and avoid the limitations and higher costs associated with today’s closed marketplace models,” Smith added.
The company said its websites are built specifically to convert online visitors into confirmed bookings.
Features include branded website designs, mobile-first optimization, live availability and booking, integrated payments, guest portals, and multi-park support for operators managing more than one property.
Websites also come with continuous updates, secure hosting, and customer support that responds within 10 seconds or less, according to Newbook. The company emphasized that these services are intended to help parks maximize bookings year-round, including during off-peak seasons.
In addition to websites, operators can bundle Digital Marketing Services for a complete online growth solution. These services include targeted ad campaigns on Google and Facebook, SEO and keyword optimization, local search enhancements, and detailed performance tracking through analytics dashboards.
The DMS package also includes dedicated campaign management provided by Newbook’s in-house team.
Together, the websites and DMS offerings allow operators to manage the guest journey from the first click through to the final booking. This combination is intended to give parks more control over their online presence and revenue streams.
“Twelve months into our Storable integration, we’re tapping into full technology innovation to deliver comprehensive website and marketing solutions our operators have been asking for,” Smith said.
“We are excited for 2026 and beyond as we will continue to show improved, mature technology and innovation as we continue our path to being the No. 1 technology provider for all RV and campgrounds,” Smith added.
