The STAY at Liberty Farms (New York) is adding five additional glamping tents to its offerings for the coming season.
According to a press release, totaling ten, the tents are strategically placed on wooden platforms that offer guests uninterrupted views of the Catskills and the surrounding landscape.
Amenities for each unit include a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, flush toilet, refrigerator, and a private deck.
Local designer, Alison Kist, was commissioned to create interiors that feature cozy furniture, natural light, and hand-picked details that will surprise and delight guests.
“So many of our visitors last summer loved being in nature while having the comfort and convenience of their own well-appointed tent,” said Bev Cheffo, co-owner of Liberty Farms. “We are really excited to expand our offerings to allow more people to visit the farm.”
In addition to the expanded services, guests will be able to relax in The Nest, a central lounge with a huge deck that overlooks The Catskill Mountains.
With covered and open-air dining areas, communal grills, and a well-appointed pantry with cooking supplies, visitors are encouraged to buy and prepare fresh food on-site. There is also a farm market close to the glampsite.
During the daytime, The Nest is an ideal place to gather and relax or play games. In the evenings, a large fire pit is a great place to gather for s’mores and enjoy the sunset.
“The sunset views from The Nest are stunning, and we’re excited for everyone to be able to come together in a communal space,” Cheffo said.
Late this summer, The STAY in Liberty Farms will be launching a full bar and a spa tent, along with farm excursions for a more immersive guest experience, which will highlight the beauty and the abundance of the surrounding area.
According to its Facebook page, The STAY at Liberty Farms is a boutique glamping site located in the Hudson Valley, surrounded by 400+ serene acres of certified organic farmland.
