Hickory Hill Camping Resort in Bath, New York, earned top honors in the inaugural Best of Camp New York Awards, taking home titles for Best Family-Friendly Campground and Best Glamping/Rental Accommodations in the statewide program celebrating independently owned campgrounds.
The awards, hosted by Camp New York and the Campground Owners of New York (CONY), were determined through thousands of votes submitted by campers during the 2025 season. The recognition underscores Hickory Hill’s strong reputation for outdoor hospitality in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

The campground has long been a favorite among travelers seeking family-friendly recreation paired with a scenic upstate setting. The park’s consistent focus on quality and community-driven experiences helped it stand out among dozens of nominees across the state.

Hickory Hill Camping Resort offers amenities for all ages and interests, including two heated pools with a spray park, themed weeks and organized activities, an 18-hole mini golf course, two playgrounds, a 30-by-50-foot jumping pillow, wagon rides with Scamper, a large dog park, a full-size basketball court, and miles of hiking trails.
