Campground Owners of New York (CONY) has announced that its 2025 Annual Meeting & Conference will take place on November 2 and 3 at The Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, New York.
The two-day gathering will bring together independent campground owners, operators, and industry partners from across the state for business meetings, educational sessions, and networking opportunities.
The conference is structured to encourage both professional development and peer-to-peer engagement. Programming includes CONY’s Annual Business Meeting and a series of educational offerings such as keynote presentations and interactive Fireside Fast Chats.
In addition, attendees will be able to take part in corporate and franchise meetings and participate in one-on-one buyer-supplier discussions designed to support business development.
Networking will be a central element of the event, with opportunities to connect with peers, suppliers, vendors, and tourism professionals. The program will also include a cocktail reception and a silent auction, with proceeds supporting industry initiatives.
An Awards Dinner is scheduled to recognize the inaugural Best of Camp New York winners and to highlight contributions from members of the state’s outdoor hospitality community.
On Monday, the agenda will expand to include additional training and certification sessions.
While details are still forthcoming, these sessions are expected to provide in-depth coverage of operational topics relevant to campground management. Some may require separate registration.
Registration for both attendees and suppliers is currently open. CONY has arranged a discounted room rate of $264 plus tax per night at The Otesaga Resort Hotel, with reservations required by September 2, 2025, to secure the special rate.
For campground and RV park operators, the event represents an opportunity to gain practical insights from peers and industry partners, evaluate supplier relationships, and benchmark operational practices against broader industry trends.
With airports in Albany, Binghamton, and Syracuse within a 90-minute drive, accessibility is expected to support participation from across the state.
Further information about the 2025 Annual Meeting & Conference, including program updates, is available through the CONY website or by contacting the organization directly.
