The Campground Owners of New York (CONY) has announced that its 2025 Annual Meeting & Conference will take place on Sunday, November 2, and Monday, November 3, at The Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, New York.
The event will bring together independent campground owners, operators, suppliers, and tourism professionals from across the state.
According to CONY, the conference will follow a streamlined format designed to promote networking and the exchange of operational strategies and success stories among participants.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with peers, vendors, and other industry stakeholders in a setting focused on connection and collaboration.
Registration for both attendees and suppliers is expected to open during the summer of 2025. The Otesaga Resort Hotel is offering a discounted rate of $264 plus tax per standard room for conference participants.
Reservations must be made by September 2, 2025, to receive the discounted rate. Bookings can be completed by calling the hotel’s Reservations Office at 866-494-0085 and referencing “Campground Owners of NY,” or through a direct online booking link provided by CONY.
In addition to the formal programming, attendees are encouraged to take advantage of local attractions in Cooperstown.
These include a discounted golf opportunity at the Leatherstocking Golf Course on Saturday, November 1, with tee times beginning at 2:30 p.m., weather permitting, and a rate of $79 per person including cart.
Cultural sites such as the National Baseball Hall of Fame, the Fenimore Art Museum, and Ommegang Brewery are also nearby.
Notable exhibitions at the Fenimore Art Museum will include “Exploring Calvin and Hobbes,” “Romare Bearden: Artist as Activist and Visionary,” and “Looking Back: Fritz Vogt’s Drawings at 125.”
Travelers will have access to several regional airports, with Albany International Airport, Greater Binghamton Airport, and Syracuse Hancock International Airport all located within approximately 90 minutes of the venue.
