The New Jersey Campground Owners Association (NJCOA) will host its 2025 Fall Tour and General Membership Meeting in the Delaware River Region on Sept. 9-10, bringing campground operators together for networking, facility tours, and business discussions.
The annual event serves as an opportunity for campground owners across the state to share ideas, explore regional attractions, and connect with industry peers.
Sponsorships also help offset costs for NJCOA and participating park operators while offering businesses visibility through program listings and on-site marketing.
The event will open on Sept. 9 at Four Seasons Family Campground, with optional free time in the morning to visit the Cowtown Flea & Farmers Market.
The day’s agenda includes tours of Oldman’s Creek Campground, Old Cedar Campground, and Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery.
An open forum discussion will also be held at Ferrell Fire Hall in the afternoon, followed by dinner at the same venue. Evening networking will continue with a campfire gathering at Four Seasons Family Campground.
The second day begins with breakfast at Four Seasons Family Campground, followed by NJCOA’s auction to support association initiatives. Attendees can participate in apple picking and a hayride at Mood’s Farm Market.
Tours on Sept. 10 will feature South Jersey Jellystone Park, Lake Kandle Campground, and the Edelman Fossil Park & Museum of Rowan University. Lunch and the annual membership meeting will be held at Lake Kandle Campground.
Dinner will again be hosted at Ferrell Fire Hall, with an evening of games at Four Seasons Family Campground concluding the day’s activities.
The event wraps up Sept. 11 with a farewell breakfast at Four Seasons Family Campground, giving participants a final chance to network before departing.
NJCOA is also seeking donations for its auction, which supports the association’s programs. Gift baskets, gift cards, and other contributions are welcome, and attendance is not required to participate.
“Please reach out with your donation to Judy LaPorta, Little Oaks Campground, at (609) 624-1682,” organizers said. “We thank you for your support.”
Those planning to attend are encouraged to register by Sept. 5
