Danforth Bay RV & Camping Resort Unveils 2025 Upgrades to Strengthen Guest Experience

Danforth Bay RV & Camping Resort in New Hampshire and The Bluffs have announced a series of capital improvements planned for the 2025 season, a move aimed at enhancing amenities and reinforcing the properties’ reputation as family-friendly outdoor destinations.

The upgrades include expanded event facilities, additional shade structures, improved campsites, and increased waterfront accessibility. The investments reflect ongoing efforts to meet evolving guest expectations while maintaining high standards across both properties.

A key project is a 70-foot extension of the current grandstand, which will create a new covered open-air pavilion.

The expanded space is intended to support a range of entertainment and social activities in a weather-protected environment.

For poolside areas, new shade structures will also be added at Danforth Pools in response to guest feedback about sun protection and comfort. The structures are expected to provide more options for relaxation and supervision of children.

At The Bluffs, transient sites in the Madison area will receive a full refresh. The current pea stone surface will be replaced with natural grass, and upgraded landscaping will be introduced to improve aesthetics and usability.

Additionally, Wi-Fi upgrades will be implemented across the upgraded sites to help guests maintain connectivity for work or leisure throughout their stay.

Waterfront recreation will see improvements with the addition of a zero-entry kayak launch at The Bluffs. This feature is designed to make access easier and safer for people of all ages and mobility levels.

According to a press release, Amanda Buswell, regional manager for the Hoyt Family of Businesses and general manager of Danforth Bay RV & Camping Resort, said the enhancements are part of a broader vision to align facilities with modern standards.

“It’s exciting to be part of a family of businesses that is so deeply committed to reinvesting in their properties,” Buswell said.

“The Hoyts have been in the hospitality industry for over 100 years, and their ongoing focus is to ensure that as technology, guest expectations, and aesthetics evolve, our facilities evolve right along with them,” Buswell added.

Buswell noted that the improvements are intended to maintain the high level of guest satisfaction that repeat visitors have come to expect, while attracting new campers seeking upgraded amenities.
