The 2024 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will feature a leadership course titled “Giving Feedback,” presented by Peacebuilder Consultant Sara Jeckovich from Pollack Peacebuilding Systems.
This half-day session, sponsored by Gulf Stream Coach for the ninth consecutive year, is designed to enhance feedback strategies and build a productive workplace environment within the RV industry.
Scheduled for November 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Paris Las Vegas, the course aims to transform how managers and leaders in the RV sector provide feedback. With the course fee set at $124 and attendance limited to 50 participants, early registration is encouraged to secure a spot, according to a press release.
Sara Jeckovich, an experienced peacebuilder consultant, will lead the session. Her extensive background includes coaching and facilitating teams across various industries, focusing on effective communication and conflict mitigation.
Her approach combines individual methods with structural initiatives to create a comprehensive framework for giving and receiving feedback.
Participants in the “Giving Feedback” course will engage with real-life examples, interactive discussions, and role-playing exercises.
These activities will cover how to provide constructive feedback on challenging ideas and behaviors, initiate and lead difficult conversations, increase rapport and collaboration across teams, and set clear expectations while holding individuals accountable peacefully.
Attendees will receive valuable take-home content packets and 90-day access to Peacebuilder’s asynchronous “Giving Feedback” training program, ensuring continued skill development beyond the course.
