Jayco Inc. and its affiliated brands, including Jayco Towables, Jayco Motorized, and Entegra Coach, were recognized with the 2024 Quality Circle Award during the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
The Quality Circle Award is presented annually by the RVDA to manufacturers that achieve high scores in the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Survey. The survey evaluates dealer satisfaction across categories such as reliability, parts, warranty, and sales. According to Jayco, this recognition reflects its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Jayco stated that in recent years, it has allocated significant resources to enhance product quality and streamline repair processes. Among these efforts is a 100% pre-delivery inspection process for all brands.
The company credits these initiatives, along with its focus on continuous improvement, for contributing to the awards. Improvements in manufacturing, customer service, warranty handling, and technical support have been central to these efforts.
“Winning the DSI award has been part of our stated yearly goals for several years now,” said Ken Walters, president and CEO of Jayco Inc., in a press release.
“Our ongoing commitment to Quality, Dealer Relations and Our People leads us to continuous improvement in all areas of our business. We are thankful to our dealer partners for the confidence they have placed in us and for once again honoring us as part of the Quality Circle Awards.”
This year’s DSI survey gathered responses from 585 dealership locations in the U.S. and Canada, encompassing 2,632 brand ratings.
Manufacturers earning the Quality Circle Award received at least 15 dealer responses and scored 4.25 or higher on a 5-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction. The awards were presented at the Paris Resort and Casino.
In addition to the Quality Circle recognition, two Jayco team members received the RV Pro 40 Under 40 Award, which honors rising leaders in the RV industry.
Ryan Forgey, vice president of engineering, and Jeremy Yoder, director of electrical engineering, were recognized for their contributions to the company, industry involvement, and community engagement.
The awards, now in their fifth year, highlight individuals under 40 who demonstrate leadership and success in their roles. Walters expressed pride in the recognition, stating, “We have been blessed with a great deal of young talent that we invest a lot of time, energy, and effort to nurture and develop.”
“Ryan and Jeremy both exemplify that and play a critical role in our overall success! We couldn’t be prouder of this recognition, and to have them be such a huge part of the team.”
The 40 Under 40 honorees were celebrated during an event at the Paris Resort and Casino as part of the RVDA Convention/Expo.
