RVIA represents the collective interests of the RV sector, serving as the “leading trade voice” for over 50 years. With offices in the Washington, D.C. area and Elkhart, Indiana, the association represents more than 500 manufacturers, suppliers, and aftermarket companies that contribute to a $140 billion industry. Together, these members produce 98% of all RVs in the United States and approximately 60% of RVs worldwide.
The association also advocates the RV industry through initiatives that ensure high standards, expand consumer markets, and support workforce development. It conducts unannounced inspections of member manufacturing plants to maintain adherence to industry-approved standards and works with lawmakers to advocate for a favorable business environment.
Additionally, it drives consumer engagement through the Go RVing campaign and represents industry needs by training technicians through the RVTI.
