Labor Day weekend is approaching, and millions of Americans are preparing to hit the road.
According to AAA, in 2024, 39.4 million people traveled by car for the holiday. Earlier this year, 87% of Memorial Day travelers in 2025 chose road trips.
Love’s Travel Stops, with more than 660 locations across 42 states, is positioning itself to meet that demand. The company is offering travelers access to fuel savings, food options, and on-the-road conveniences throughout the holiday weekend.
The company highlights its offerings for RV travelers, a segment that represents 11.2 million U.S. households. Love’s has outfitted more than 100 RV-dedicated stops nationwide, equipped with features that allow travelers to book, check in, and manage amenities directly from their phones.

RV amenities include spaces for overnight stays and access to hookups that accommodate the needs of long-distance travelers.
Pet owners are also a part of Love’s holiday planning. Its locations include dog parks, offering pets a place to exercise and rest. Many locations also stock pet food, making the stops convenient for families traveling with animals.
“At Love’s, we’re ready to greet Labor Day travelers with clean, safe locations and everything they need to make the most of their journey, from fuel savings and fresh food to RV amenities and pet-friendly stops,” Shane Wharton, president of Love’s, said in a press release.
Through the Love’s Connect App, customers can access deals such as 10 cents off per gallon on gasoline and 25 cents off per gallon on auto diesel.

The app also features exclusive discounts on food and drinks, along with free snacks or beverages every Monday through the remainder of 2025.
In addition to discounts, Love’s Fresh Kitchen provides travelers with daily-made food options. Selections include fruit cups, salads, sandwiches, and wraps designed to appeal to those seeking healthier meals while traveling.
The company has grown its presence significantly since opening its first location in 1964. Today, nearly 40,000 employees support operations across North America and Europe.
