LiquidSpring is highlighting its ongoing collaboration with Renegade RV, showcasing how the company’s Smart Suspension technology is integrated into the manufacturer’s Ford F-550-based Veracruz Super C motorhome line, according to an October 31, 2025 feature release.
Renegade RV has built Super C motorhomes since 1997, a segment known for heavy-duty chassis and high-end amenities.
The partnership with LiquidSpring aligns with that focus, pairing adaptive suspension systems with premium coach design to enhance ride quality, handling, and long-term durability.
“When they pair that with the premium suspension of the LiquidSpring, it makes sense. Premium coach with premium suspension,” said Chris Cook, director of sales at Renegade RV, in the October 31 release.
Built on the Ford F-550 chassis, the Veracruz ranges from 30 feet 5 inches to 32 feet 5 inches and features solid-wood cabinetry, solid-surface countertops, and a lithium battery system expandable to 1,200 amp-hours.
LiquidSpring’s Tru-Earth Leveling system complements these components by providing adaptive ride control and automatic leveling on varied terrain.
LiquidSpring RV sales representative Wayne Wells said customers quickly recognize the ride difference.
“Usually in the first 40 feet, a customer is going to look over at you and go, ‘Oh, now I know what you’re talking about,’” Wells said.
Both companies emphasized that the Smart Suspension’s value lies in reduced impact and fatigue.
“The less impact you put into the coach, the longer the coach is going to last,” Wells noted. Cook added that comfort directly supports safety and endurance during long-distance driving.
What it Means for RV Manufacturers and Suppliers
For RV manufacturers, the feature underscores how adaptive suspension systems are gaining traction beyond high-end Class A models and into mid-size Super C motorhomes.
The partnership demonstrates how suppliers can collaborate early in the design phase to integrate advanced ride-control systems without sacrificing space or weight capacity.
For suppliers, it highlights opportunities in chassis-mounted technologies that enhance both vehicle longevity and driver comfort—areas of increasing focus for OEMs pursuing premium positioning.
