Lippert Components (Lippert) announced the promotion of Jason Hamood to director of fiberglass sales and Kendra Lebold to director of aluminum sales. Jason Hamood, previously a business development manager at Lippert, brings over five years of experience in strategic business growth and customer relationship management.
During his tenure, Hamood has demonstrated a track record of expanding market presence and fostering strong client partnerships. His analytical skills and understanding of the fiberglass industry are expected to drive innovation and tailored solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Kendra Lebold, who also served as a business development manager, has been with Lippert for over four years. She started her career in the client services division, gaining insights into customer demands and market trends. Lebold’s understanding of the aluminum market and her ability to anticipate and respond to client needs make her a suitable fit to lead the aluminum sales division. Her strategic vision and client-centric approach will enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction in the aluminum sector.
Mike Oathout, VP of marine sales at Lippert, expressed that Jason and Kendra have quickly become essential members of the sales team and have significantly contributed to the customer experience.
