Leisure Travel Vans introduced the Desert Shadow Edition, a new special edition available across all Unity models for the 2026 model year, during the grand opening of La Mesa RV’s new LTV showroom in Mesa, Arizona.
The unveiling marked a highlight of the event, blending design innovation with the brand’s commitment to refined motorhome craftsmanship.
“Desert Shadow blends warm, earthy neutrals with a refined, cool counterpoint. You see it in the Mist Corian countertop and flooring, balanced by White Oak cabinetry, Dune Ultrafabrics, and soft-beige uppers. Black fixtures, hardware, and custom exterior badging tie it all together,” Cori Derksen, interior designer at Leisure Travel Vans, said in a press release.
The new edition draws its inspiration from the natural beauty of desert landscapes, combining subtle tones with dark contrasts to create a balanced and contemporary aesthetic.
It also features an exclusive Canyon exterior paint accented with black, highlighting the edition’s desert-inspired design theme.
Black Alcoa aluminum wheels, available with optional all-terrain tires, also contribute to a more rugged profile while enhancing performance. Matching black Leisure Travel Vans and Unity badging, raised decals, and a Desert Shadow badge further define the edition’s distinctive exterior.
Additional exterior features include a backlit black assist handle and an optional black exterior table, offering a cohesive look that extends to every detail.
Inside, the design continues with Rift Oak cabinetry, which adds warmth and texture to the interior. Black fixtures and hardware bring depth and contrast, maintaining a consistent balance between natural and contemporary elements.
The Desert Shadow Edition also introduces an exclusive Dune color for its Ultrafabrics upholstery, adding a new dimension to LTV’s interior palette. The captain’s chairs showcase a two-tone design, pairing Dune with black perforated Ultrafabrics inserts.
Premium materials continue throughout the motorhome, including Stone FENIX overhead cabinet doors and table surfaces.
Highlights of the Desert Shadow Edition include its sand-toned Canyon exterior, black Alcoa wheels, and exclusive interior materials. Each element reflects Leisure Travel Vans’ emphasis on quality finishes and attention to design detail.
