Lazydays Set to Sell Tulsa Dealership to Ron Hoover RV & Marine

Lazydays Holdings announced it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Tulsa, Oklahoma dealership to Ron Hoover RV & Marine, marking a strategic shift for both companies.

The transaction, which includes both assets and real estate, is expected to close in the coming weeks.

The agreement signifies Ron Hoover RV & Marine’s continued expansion beyond its Texas roots. The Tulsa store, located in Claremore, represents a key geographic addition following the company’s move into Oklahoma City.

According to a press release, Ron Fleming, CEO of Lazydays, said the decision is part of the company’s broader plan to streamline operations and reinforce its financial position.

“We are pleased to announce the mutually beneficial sale of our location in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ron Hoover RV & Marine,” Fleming said.

“This transaction further streamlines our operational footprint and is expected to bring cash to our balance sheet, while enabling us to continue to pay down debt. We look forward to closing this transaction expeditiously and continuing our focus on our core dealerships,” Fleming added.

Chris Hoover, president of Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers, said the decision to pursue the Tulsa location followed the company’s successful Oklahoma City expansion.

“As we looked to grow our presence in the region, Tulsa quickly emerged as the next logical market. Lazydays in Claremore immediately stood out as our top choice—their strong presence and solid reputation made them the ideal fit for our continued growth,” Hoover said.

The Tulsa location, formerly operated under Lazydays, will be added to the Ron Hoover portfolio, which includes multiple dealerships across Texas and Oklahoma.

Known for its strong customer service and family-owned values, Ron Hoover RV & Marine has served RV and marine buyers since 1987.

For Lazydays, the sale reflects a pivot toward concentrating on its core dealerships nationwide. The company, founded in 1976, has grown into one of the most recognized names in the RV industry, known for its wide selection of brands, parts, and service centers across key markets.
