Heartland RV announced the promotion of Kyle Miller to national sales director for Heartland RV, Cruiser RV, and DRV Luxury Suites. Miller, a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience across the three brands, has been recognized for his dedication to fostering dealer relationships and delivering customer experiences.
Miller joined DRV in 2006 as a trainee, quickly earning recognition for his aptitude in sales and dealer relations. By 2008, he advanced to regional sales representative, and in 2012, he was promoted to general sales manager. His career trajectory continued with his appointment as director of sales for Cruiser RV and DRV in 2016.
In his new role as national sales director, Miller intends to focus on transparency, consistency, and dealer satisfaction to support the growth and evolution of all three brands. “My goal is to provide our dealers with positive experiences, help support our sales staff, and maintain the momentum we’ve gained at this year’s Open House,” Miller said.
Highlighting the strength of the company’s sales team, Miller emphasized his commitment to advancing their collective vision. “We have a strong sales team in place, and I look forward to supporting their vision as we approach 2025 and the show season,” he added.
Miller brings an in-depth understanding of each Heartland brand and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of dealers and customers. Reflecting on recent achievements, he stated, “We had great dealer feedback from Open House this year. I’m excited to connect with our network of dealers, ensure the best service possible, and support our internal teams as we continue to debut exciting new RVs across our family of companies.”
Kyle Kwasny, president of Heartland RV, Cruiser RV, and DRV, commended Miller’s 18 years of service and his ability to build lasting relationships within the industry. “Kyle’s 18 years of dedication to Heartland, Cruiser RV, and DRV have been defined by his ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional experiences for our dealers,” Kwasny said in a press release.
