The RV Industry Association (RVIA) will host a marquee Industry Leadership Panel featuring top executives shaping the future of the RV sector at its 2026 Leadership Conference in Austin, Texas.
Scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, the session will bring together CEOs and presidents for a forward-looking discussion on leadership, growth, and opportunities in the rapidly evolving recreational vehicle market.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA on February 5, Craig Kirby, president and CEO of RVIA, will moderate the panel, which promises actionable insights and perspectives from leaders at the forefront of the RV ecosystem.
The conference runs Tuesday, March 10, through Thursday, March 12, and attracts senior executives and emerging leaders focused on driving innovation and long-term success across the industry.
Panelists include Toby O’Rourke, president and CEO of KOA, who oversees more than 500 franchised and company-owned campgrounds across North America. O’Rourke has held prior leadership roles at WhiteWave Foods, Sara Lee Corporation, and Deloitte and holds a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s from the University of Notre Dame.
Jeff Rodino, president of Patrick Industries since October 2025, will also join the panel. Rodino brings more than three decades of experience serving OEM and aftermarket customers in RV, marine, powersports, manufactured housing, and industrial markets. Patrick Industries supplies components to more than 86 brands in the outdoor enthusiast sector, and Rodino’s leadership emphasizes supply chain management and industry evolution.
Matt Wagner, CEO of Camping World since January 1, 2026, completes the panel. Wagner leads the world’s largest RV retailer, having held multiple senior leadership roles within the company since 2007, including executive positions in sales, marketing, corporate development, and operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and operations and supply chain from Marquette University.
The conference will also feature keynote presentations from industry visionaries, high-impact networking opportunities, and leadership development sessions aimed at equipping attendees with the skills needed to navigate today’s dynamic RV market.
