Keystone RV Shifts Key Executives to Drive Product Innovation and Focus

Keystone RV Company is evolving its product leadership structure across Keystone, CrossRoads RV and Dutchmen RV brands to sharpen product differentiation and strengthen development, the company said.

The move elevates leaders across key RV segments and reinforces distinct brand positioning.

The restructuring is part of a continued investment in product development, innovation and differentiation across its towable RV portfolio.

Keystone said it has long been recognized as a strong environment for developing product leadership, and the latest changes continue its practice of elevating proven leaders across major segments.

Under the new structure, Nick Ebenroth has been promoted to general manager of high profile fifth wheels after serving as product manager for Montana.

Scott Taylor becomes general manager of mid profile fifth wheels following his role with Cougar. Ian Griffith is now general manager of the toy hauler segment after overseeing Raptor.

Andrew Elliott has been promoted to general manager of entry level travel trailers after working across multiple lines including Coleman.

Cody Schade continues as general manager of lightweight travel trailers. Aaron Young, formerly president of CrossRoads RV and Dutchmen RV, joins Keystone as general manager of destination trailers and entry level high profile fifth wheels.

Matt Christensen will transition to director of product development after leading brands including Cougar, Montana and Coleman, where he will focus on innovation, sharing best practices and strengthening differentiation across Keystone’s portfolio.

“This is Keystone doing what Keystone has always done — investing in great people and continuing to evolve and lead the industry,” said Jeff Runels, president of Keystone RV Company. “We are aligning talented leaders around categories where they have proven success, while creating stronger collaboration across our brands.”

Keystone RV Company, founded in 1996 and headquartered in Goshen, Indiana, is the number one manufacturer of towable RVs in North America and part of THOR Industries. It builds brands including Montana, Cougar, Outback and Sprinter across travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers.
