Maxxair, a brand under Airxcel® specializing in RV ventilation systems, has introduced three new products aimed at enhancing comfort and airflow management for recreational vehicle owners.
The company unveiled the Maxxfan Pivot, Maxxfan Deluxe 11-inch, and Maxxfan Bluetooth Kit at the 2025 New Product Showcase in Elkhart last week.
“At Maxxair, our goal is to make RV life more comfortable and connected,” said Rob Leach, President of Maxxair.
“These new products reflect our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of RV owners by offering smart technology, flexible installation options, and efficient airflow for different types of vehicles.”

The latest lineup builds upon the long-standing success of the Maxxfan and Maxxfan Deluxe series, expanding the brand’s options for diverse RV configurations and owner preferences.
The Maxxfan Bluetooth Kit introduces app-based control to existing Maxxfan models with electric lids, such as the Maxxfan Plus and Deluxe. Once installed, the retrofit kit enables users to adjust fan speed and lid position via smartphone or tablet, reducing reliance on wall switches or handheld remotes.
This addition reflects the broader trend toward integrated smart technology within RV systems, a direction that manufacturers and aftermarket suppliers increasingly pursue to meet customer expectations for convenience and connectivity.
The Maxxfan Pivot offers directional airflow through a drop-down fan head that pivots inside the cabin, allowing users to target specific areas.
The four-speed fan moves up to 400 cubic feet of air per minute (CFM) and operates with the vent lid open or closed, functioning as both a vent and a ceiling circulator. Its low-profile design makes it compatible with aerodynamic RV roofs, providing versatility for manufacturers and retrofitters working with limited roof space or streamlined designs.
The Maxxfan Deluxe 11-inch, meanwhile, adapts the features of the larger 14-inch model to smaller Class B vans and compact RVs.
Designed for 11-inch by 11-inch roof openings, it retains key Maxxfan features, including a 10-speed reversible fan, rain shield for all-weather ventilation, and a handheld remote control.
The compact form factor allows more efficient roof use, enabling installation alongside other components such as solar panels or satellite equipment—an advantage for builders optimizing limited roof real estate.
For outdoor hospitality and RV industry professionals, innovations like these underscore growing demand for adaptable, technology-driven ventilation systems that improve comfort while supporting the design flexibility required in modern RV builds.
As manufacturers and park operators continue to cater to travelers seeking both connectivity and comfort, advancements in airflow technology, such as those from Maxxair, contribute to enhancing the overall RV experience.
