Jered Sobel, president of Sobel University, will lead an education workshop at the 2024 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, offering attendees insights into how dealership teams can perform championship-level sales strategies.
Scheduled for November 14 at 2 p.m. during the fixed operations education track, the “Championship Performances: The Congruence Between Sales & Football” session will explore strategies to elevate dealership performance and team dynamics. Sobel, a figure in RV sales and management training, aims to show that the “only goal in any dealership is to win championships.”
The workshop will focus on several key learning objectives. Sobel will highlight the differences between standard dealership teams and championship-level performers, demonstrating why top sales, fixed operations, and finance professionals can execute plays that others cannot.
Additionally, Sobel will explore how the best performers practice, train, and approach professional development with a championship mindset.
Sobel’s session is part of Fixed Operations Day at the convention, which is specifically designed to address the needs of professionals managing RV dealerships’ service and parts departments.
Fixed Operations Day participants will also be able to attend a bonus session on Friday, November 15, titled “Elevate Your Fixed Operations Through Online Training and Certification,” led by RVDA Fixed Operations Consultant Tony Yerman.
The RV Dealers Convention/Expo is an event for dealership professionals across North America, bringing together RV dealers from the RV industry. Attendees can learn from peers and industry leaders through workshops, networking events, and the expo while exploring new business opportunities.
